Animal Magic (Guided Play)

Description

What is it?

Guided Play ‘Animal Magic’.

Who’s it for?

3-5 years old, EYFS.

Where could I use it?

Nurseries, schools, toddler groups, soft play settings – needs access to a large room.

What resources do I need?

• Parachute, ‘We’re going on a bear hunt’ book by Michael Rosen
• Lengths of ribbon (one per child),
• Coloured scarves or butterflies (craft or paper, one per child),
• Toy fish and toy spider. (The coloured printables of a fish and spider could be used instead.)

 What’s it about?

An extended guided play session that combines music and movement on the theme of animals.
